Private Directors

 

Three SmartGridCIS director seats are held by private directors. They have a combined 40+ years in the energy industry. Each has co-founded and exited at least one mid-market energy company successfully. Both of our private directors currently hold senior positions at Top 10 global energy companies; overseeing areas in natural gas and electric wholesale operations, marketing, risk management and origination.
